Yes. Your client needs to agree before a session is transcribed. Consent requirements vary by state and practice setting, so we recommend consulting your legal counsel and following the laws and regulations that apply where you practice.

Yes. Delete a note in one click and it is gone everywhere, including our back-end systems. Notes you keep stay in TheraBee until you delete them.

SOAP (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan), DAP (Data, Assessment, Plan), BIRP (Behavior, Intervention, Response, Plan) and a plain Summary. Switch formats on any note after the session.

TheraBee writes the note and you paste it into any EHR. There is no integration to set up.

Yes. TheraBee listens through your computer’s audio during a video session that's played over your computer speakers, the same way it does in the room. TheraBee is unable to listen to conversations when the provider uses headphones.

Yes, for transcription only. TheraBee records the session, transcribes it, and deletes the recording as soon as the transcript and note are created. No recording is stored. A transcript with names and identifying details removed stays with the note until you delete it.
